Week 14 over at Anything Goes - Say it with flowers xx

It's another week over at Anything Goes and this week it's say it with flowers!!

Well that easy as we all love flowers. This week I have used Bo-Bunny Love Bandit papers mixed with brown bazzil. The border down the left is Valentine Lace from Martha Stewart and I have run Bo-Bunny dotty ribbon in pink down the middle and a fab bling slider.

I must say the pink dress is coloured in and leave my colouring skills in the balance!!! lol In my defence it's very stressful here at the moment. My image is a gorgeous Magnolia image which I love!! added loads of flowers and stickles and two beautiful flower pins in the most perfect colours.

In the left corner is a flower Lynne showed us how to do a few weeks ago at the Craft Den and I have added a flower charm!! this is for my parents 48th Wedding Anniversary so I have given in and used one!! lol

Hope you all love the DT designs and have a go with this weeks challenge.

Week 13 and it's "TIME"

It's week 13 over at "Anything Goes" and the theme is "Time". This week I have had two goes Bed Time with my gorgeous Granddaughter and a bit grungy Story Time!! Think I should stick to cute!!! lol

Here she is all ready for bed all snugly in her dressing gown and she looks amazing on this wonderful Prima paper from the "water colour" collection with loads of punched flowers with my retro punches, stickles and a fab bling flourish.

I have edged the flowers with stickles and I picked up from the Craft Den last week Suze Weinberg Tiara Glitter Stickles and I'm loving it!!!

The next one I did the background with DI's then stamped the clock in different colours the main image is a Paper Artsy stamp which the middle is a button but I have replaced it with a clock which is covered in glossy accents and some Tim Holt's clock fingers.

We had some fabulous entries last week for the 3 layers theme and I hope you can all join us again this week.

A stress free card!!!

You know what it's like when one of your children say can you make me a card Mum it's my friends birthday and you follow with the silly line of "When"!!!

Today!! and she's 21, well this was at lunch time!! Couldn't you just K*** them! lol

So out came my stash and Magnolia stamps and this is what I came up with, I think actually the less time you have to worry about the design the better the finished card.

I used a brown bling bazzil, bo-bunny dotty swiss and a sheet from my stash!!! The colours all looks fab together.

I punches the two border with a Valentine lace Martha Stewart punch. Cut out two circles with my nesties and the flowers are Prima with some bo-bunny brads in the middle and my new branch punch!! (My last one broke and I have been lost without it but as usually Lynne came to the rescue) xx and the two beautiful heart pins in just the perfect colours also from The Craft Den.

Used my pearl pen to do a bit of a flourish and added my new little colibries aren't they just adorable!! Some checked ribbon from stash and the 21st was white but sprayed with Walnut Gold Glimmer mists.

Happy 21st Emily xxx

Baby Love xxxxx

Couldn't resist these beautiful photo's that I took a few weeks ago of "Summer" for last nights layout they just went beautifully on the gorgeous layout Lynne had designed last night!!

Lynne's also had her Granddaughter Ava with Granddad but the pictures where printed off in black & white and looked "Stunning"

The papers we used where Paper Adventure in the Prima Vera range!! with some black bazzil for the contrast.
We cut the spotted paper out into a circle with a colour my world template and inked the edges with DI's Lettuce and attached the circle so that it went off the edge we then doodled around the edge with a black pen.

Cut out the hearts and layered two on plain bazzil we went round them with Glossy Accents I placed mine on top of my page as the flower was too large and covered up my baby!!

The other hearts we used as a flower and added drops of glossy accents and sepia accents.

A tied piece of ribbon and "Baby Love@ title it's finished and I love it!!

A beautiful "Handbag"

I know I always say it, but here goes again I had a great night last night at the Craft Den!

We did this beautiful tag handbag in Bo-Bunny "Alissa" papers (I think).

We covered the handbag and inked all the edges. We punched out the flowers and added the paper candy to the centre's.

When I got home I added this little touch of "Bling" and a few butterflies.

You can see the little pockets inside all ready for photo's or just to decorate.

Back to the Den again tonight for my weekly Scrapbook Class and therapy!!! lol.

Week 11 at Anything Goes

Well it's week 11 over at Anything Goes and the theme is the letter "A".

Mine is Altered Art!!! lol "Alice (Halloween) in Wonderland"

I knew straight away when I layered my eyes on these fabulous papers that Lynne had in at the Craft Den that they belonged to me!!! You can see the full range available at the Craft Den here!

It's Halloween in Wonderland so beautiful and such gorgeous colours. I purchased these drawers last year from Ikea and they where calling out for attention so these perfect papers that look fabulous with the eggplant dabber I have used on the box came out to play.

Think I have lined the keyhole up well on the drawers and I have cut different parts of the theme out of the paper and layered them onto the backing papers.

A side view which shows the purple with the mad hatter's hat!

The top where I have torn the papers another fab design with the Mad Hatter himself on and inked the edges with DI's.

Friday 6 August 2010

Well last night Lynne did this fantastic layout with Bo-Bunny "Jazmyne" papers for us all to follow!! You can view Lynne's finished layout here.

We used load of different punches for the flowers, large butterfly & small.

Tim Holt's tattered floral die for the large flower and small punched ones for the centres.

We used loads of stickles and the Ice White Pearle Pen for the centre of the flowers and to add dimension to other flowers on the paper. Also used a fabulous green bling flourish from Zva.

You can see better here the use of the pearl pen.

To finish off this is little Summer who will be 4months this Sunday and has not been well this week but here she is all snuggled up in her dressing gown and can still manage a smile for her Nan.
