Joe's layout!!

Thursday night's scrap book class at the Craft Den was a little different we had two pages to choose from but each one was a sketch from 52 Sketches/52 weeks we all choose the layout that Joe had made as she couldn't make it to the class, I did a layout for my mums scrapbook which is of her late brother and as I only had three picture's is just a little bit different.

Blonde Moments

I was asked to do a large birthday card for a friend at work for her Granddaughter. I'm not that keen on doing these but the finished card was obviously a success as it brought a tear to her eye!! well I hope that's why!! lol xx It was another of my pre coloured image's put together with the beautiful pink Blonde Moments papers and some bazzil cut out on the nesties. I used the princess bling & cut Lily out with the cricut and stickled the edges and to Finish it off put the large pink & purple flower on.

New in at the Craft Den is the colour my world templates just fantastic for your layouts a must have!! on this Abbey Road page we used the new flower template and edged it with ink and doodled round the edge then embossed the edge then we cut out loads of different flowers some where cut on the cricut and the others where the retro punch and Martha Stewart punches!! did a lot of doodling on the flowers and then put it all together with pin flair glue to get the dimension!! Thanks Lynne and the girls for a fab relaxing night xx

These last pictures are from the crop day!! the first is when we took all four children on a holiday down to Hayle! the picture is at "Devil's Mouth" a very scary rock face which I didn't go near, didn't fancy going over the edge we used Daisy Bucket papers for this one!!

and finally this is "Tiger Lily" my daughter's little baby xx we used Sandylion papers for this one cut out all the flowers from one of the pages and mounted them on bazzill then re cut and placed them around the circle's!! The third page is still waiting to get it's picture as all the cutting out from the previous page even left me behind!!

Ikea meets 7 Gypsies

Purchased some new storage from Ikea (think I need to go back) these have turned out better than I expected!!

All I needed to do was to decide what papers & paints to use that was a job in it's self. Anyway 7 Gypsies won just love this paper. I used my dabbers to do the first layer then covered the edges with crackle paints and when this was dry wipes it over with my adirondack ink pad!! I then covered all the side with the papers!! and even if I say so myself I think this has made a great home for my paints and ink pads xx

All paint dabbers, ink pads, crackle paints and papers available from the Craft Den.

Lots of cutting out!!!

Thursday night scrapbook class at the Craft Den I was in my element as you can see from the pictures there was plenty of cutting out (you could do as little or as much as you wanted) added lots of little flowers with foam pads to make it look as if it was decoupaged and loads of different coloured stickles. Love the finished page xx The beautiful pages where new in last week and are on sale for a fabulous price of 50p per sheet I know I couldn't beleive it either there are also matching albums!!!
