My page from Thursdays class at the Craft Den!! Lynne was still catching up with everything from being so poorly over the last few weeks!! So we used a page I had made from blonde moments a while ago!!

So instead I did this page with my (our) little Princess!!

Plain brown bazzil for the background and a pink bazzil and MB paper for the torn pieces inked round the edges with spun sugar. Mounted my pictures and some lovely patterned gold and punch out the crowns in the same card with the MS punch.

Cut out princess with the cricut and inked these with Spun Sugar and finally Zva bling a must have touch!!!! If you love bling you must check out these Zva Crystal's at Lynne's they are gorgeous!!!

A new toy "Hougie Board"

Another fab class at the Craft Den on Wednesday night!! Where Lynne produced the "Hougie Board" for us all to have a go at making this fab step card!!! Well I could believe how easy is was to use and how quick so I just had to have one!!!

Love this style card and it was measured and folded in minutes so had plenty of time to colour this gorgeous Magnolia in!!!
Used Copics to colour the image and the papers for the card are spotted bazzil and Bo-Bunny "Love Bandit Nuts". The lovely flourish is a fabulous punch I purchased last week also from the Craft Den it's an EK Success but don't know the design it also comes in a smaller version and feel that I may have to have that one as well!! lol.
Added Ribbon and gems and a lovely charm which I really didn't want to part with but it was such a perfect match!! flowers are Prima hydrangea's.

Shamed into an Atc!!!

This is my Atc for the Craft Den's monthly swap!!! As you all know I don't like small spaces and really struggle but this month I have been shamed!!! yes shamed into doing one!!!! lol xx
I have used a couple of Crafty Individual images on the top one I have framed the beautiful angel with a Paper Artsey frame and used foam pads to stick it on then used the small retro punch for the flowers!!

Added my favourite stickles and some sheer ribbon.

Couldn't resist this photo!! Here is my happy Granddaughter who weighed in this week at 10lbs 5oz!!!! She is soooooooo gorgeous. Today she is moving in with her Mum & Dad as they have sold there apartment and now looking for a new home can't wait!! cuddles on tap how cool is that!!!! xxx

It's a first!!!

Little bits going off today and the eagel eyed will see something that I don't really like doing but have managed!!!! lol

Also on my desk are some cards I am making up from decoupage that Lynne is getting in this week!!! She is so good to me as she knows how much I love these little treasures and in decoupage too!!!!

Off to work in a bit well after I have done last night's pot's!!! Had to do my Atc and they really do take it out of me I just didn't have the energy!! lol

Scrap Booking our little treasure!!

It was my usual scrapbook class last Thursday and Lynne gave us free reign with our page!!!

She gave us this beautiful harlequin paper and the plain bazzil, showed us some ideas then let us loose!!! lol The background paper is really beautiful in pinks and greens but unfortunatly my picture's just don't do it justice!!

We punched holes in the paper and threaded some beautiful spotted ribbon through!! I have used mine on the side for a change.(made a fabulous tag but just remembered I have not put this on my page!! if only I had a brain!!! lol)

We also used Tim Holts dies for the flourishes, the wings and hearts I have edges these with DI and once in place added the pearl pen. I have also added bling "Babe" a must have and plenty of gems, added punched flowers and the beautiful MS punched hearts.

On the background I stamped the Prima Flourish with DI's and then added a few gems.

Secret Crafter Challenge xx

Was just going through my blog list tonight and I came upon the "Secret Crafter" challenge blog which for this week the theme is "Metal"

This is a tag I made a few ago at the Craft Den on a technique's night which I think is perfect for the added metal!!

This is a tag which we painted with Viva Terra and then stamped into for the background once we had dried this I then painted mine with a black dabber the wiped some Viva Metal painted on the the edges and the texture.

I then used the new Paperartsy die to cut the fabulous metal butterflies then popped them through the cuttlebug for the texture. I have also used the new stamps which co-ordinate with the dies for the foliage. Finishing touch stickles xx

Finally my "SUNSHINE" award!! I have received this four times from the lovely ladies Lau, Gina, Kerry & Lynne and I want to thank you so much it really made my day!! four times!!! lol xx

slowly getting my mojo back!!!

Firstly I want to tell you about Vicky's sale on Ebay!!! She is selling loads of stamps which are well worth a look, you can find the link on Kip's Cards which is Vicky blog and well worth a look as she has some fabulous cards and projects which are just ousing with inspiration!! and as a thank you for advertising her sale she is offering this gorgeous stamp which you will find the most gorgeous creation on show where she has used it xx

Now back to crafting!! This is my entry for "Magical Crafts" the theme for this fortnight is Black, White and one other colour!!
I found this lovely stamp out and have just coloured the flowers with a Sakura Gelly Roll pen. I also stamped the image on to vellum and just used the flowers which I have also added gems to.

Layered black and white card and also used my martha stewart punch and some fabulous ribbon from the Craft Den and to finish off some vellum butterflies which I have coloured with the same pen and then added glamour dust.

Will be back tomorrow with another card and to share my blog award which I have received 4 times!!! (must be doing something right!!!) lol xx

Great night at The Craft Den xx

Had a great time last night at The Craft Den!! not been for a few classes and I really miss it and my lovely friends there!!

Last night we did a techniques night and used blonde moments pigments painted onto black card stock then we put them through the cuttlebug and cut out with tim's new dies and punches. The effect is just beautiful and really the pictures don't do it justice but you can get the idea. When I got home I new I had the perfect image to use a Ching-Chou Kuik which I was so lucky to win on Gina's blog as her candy!!! Coloured her with copics and added stickles.

Thank you cards!!

Well at long last I have finished the Thank You cards that Rochelle asked for before "Summer" was born!!!! lol (Only started them Monday afternoon I really need to get my head in gear!!!)

As we don't really know how many she needs I have made twenty so far and looks like I may have to make some more!!! I have kept the design really simple and used the beautiful magnolia baby!!! coloured her with my copics, which ran out in the middle so a mad dash down to Lynnes!!!
I have mounted my image on to a Nellie C in white card, which is then mounted onto Blonde Moments papers with a pink bazzil border which I have used my Valentine Lace punch. The little thank you banner is also a magnolia stamp and the lovely pink bow is some mesh ribbon cut into thinner strips!! I am soooooo glad these are done!!!



"Summer" is deciding if she likes the design!!! lol

Another Birthday xx

Can't believe I have not blogged all weekend so naughty!! Things are still very hectic here at the moment as my youngest daughter was poorly over the weekend and we had to make a trip to our local hospital Sunday night, doctor's Monday morning and then hospital for the rest of the day but she is now feeling much better and just has to go back for a blood test next week!!!
My sister is also in hospital as she has had an operation on her back so obviously very little time for crafting just visiting and sneaking to see baby Summer!!! lol xx

Well today's my nephew Owen's birthday and this is one of the cards I have made him!!! It is also my entry for The Sugar Bowl this week!!

Tiets has done the fab sketch and you need to use punches! The prize this week is a set of 6 new Manga stamps!!!

I have used a sheet of pearl card and my minds eye papers for the background and the rest where freebie's from a magazine!! Distressed the edges and inked with vintage photo DI.

The punches I have used are the zig zag Martha Stewart, Button and the scalloped circles for the sentiment. The image is one I received in a Funky Kits Goodie bag when they where on offer!! coloured with my copics and edges with the DI's.

Last nights class & Baby update!!

This is the layout I did last night at the Craft Den!! Can you believe it no baby in sight, well that's not true as this is Dusty and she's my baby!!! lol

We used a shaped paper from Bo Bunny's "Sophie" collection cut in half and layered on to cream bazzil and a strip of brown dotty bazzil.

Here we used the new Paper Artsy stamps which are just gorgeous!! I stamped just at the bottom of my page with Wild Plum, Crushed Olive and Brown and then added different stickles which really look lush!! We used a MS punch for the brown strip at the edge and for my photo's I used the circle nesties in plain for the photo's and the scalloped for the bazzil!! (never used so many photo's!!!)
Added these beautiful butterflies which where once again from Paper Artsy!! these new dies which match the stamps and are new in at the Craft Den!!!

This picture is on Wednesday when little "Summer was allowed home sat in her little vibrating chair!! She just looks so long, but very beautiful!!

This was last night!! as after my class I popped over to have a little cuddle!! She smells so gorgeous just want to cuddle her forever!!!
Just want to say a big thankyou for all your wonderful comments on the birth of my beautiful Granddaughter and for the wonderful cards I have been receiving they are all fantastic and will have to blog them for you!! but not today as I will be late for work again!!!! lol xxxx

Hello to Summer!!!!!!

Well at last she is here!!

We have had a very traumatic weekend which ended with the safe arrival of Summer!!

There little family is now complete!! Mum & Dad where so proud of there little bundle, Brett said he couldn't believe how cute she was!!! and Rochelle just kept smiling as she couldn't believe she was hers!!!

Rochelle allowed me to take this for her Scrapbook!!!! lol I think she looks beautiful considering what she has been through!! and she did it so well!!

Summer weighted in at 8lbs 9oz!!! and is so beautiful!!!

The proud Dad giving Summer a bottle!! and boy did she enjoy it, I just couldn't believe how well she just accepted it!! and it was so cute watching her little cheeks sucking "she was sooo hungry".


Then just to finish the weekoff I put my computer on and my god I had won Donalda's blog candy!!!! Thanks Donald can't wait for the beautiful goodies to arrive!!!
