Show & tell!!!

Well what can I say I have finished my lovely altered art image box made from a cat food container!! We saw this on Maddy's blog "Mad Imaginations" its not every one's cup of tea but it certainly made sure we had a great night, I haven't laughed that much in ages.

Our Wednesday night group at the Craft Den are brilliant ladies it really is a pleasure to go (great company & we even get to craft what more could anyone want) Life's been a bit bad for the last few months but because of Lynne and all the ladies at the Craft Den I am now starting to pick up and feel my mojo is definitely returning!! Thanks Ladies you truly are the best!!

My Nan xxxx

Just finished my project from Thursday night's class at the Craft Den. This is my beloved nan, who from being a little girl I went everywhere with!! (Every time I start a scrap page lately they seem to all end up being of her!!) Really please with it anyway, it is a page from the new GCD range and a few different coloured bazzill's! not forgetting the trade mark bling, all from my friend Lynne's.

Crop day at the Craft Den.

Well had the perfect day today at the Craft Den! Spent the whole day doing Scrapbook pages!! with Lynne, Anita, Joanne & Norma. Here are the layouts we did, they where all so lovely as they all had our individual style on them even though they where the same page! The first one we did I have put a picture of my Nan. thought it did the page Justice with the lace and skeleton leaves (which I have a whole stack of but never knew what to do with them) and obviously a little bling!!
The second page!! looks really intricate but was very easy to do, this one is a my mum & her sister on Whit Sunday in 1955. Love the hibiscus flowers!! Last of all a beautiful bright picture of me and my girls on holiday a few years ago!! a bit of tearing, sewing and plenty of flowers. Can't believe we actually finished three pages today!! anyway we all enjoyed it so much we have already booked onto the next one!!
